With effect from 1st January 2012 EU Pen & Tec Consulting SCP was changed, from being a partnership between Dr Elinor McCartney and Mr Hector Velásquez, to being a limited liability company with the name Pen & Tec Consulting S.L., Dr McCartney and Mr Velásquez being the only shareholders.

Also the company has moved to more spacious offices a little over a kilometre from its original home in Sant Cugat del Vallès to close by the train station at Mira-sol, thirty minutes from the centre of Barcelona. The new address is Plaza Ausias March Nº 1, 4ª Oficina D01, 08195 Sant Cugat del Vallès and the telephone and fax number remain the same.
